We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days from receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or worn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: Refund requests are subject to a deduction of Rs 250 (applicable to prepaid and cash on delivery orders).
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase of the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
